Just a year after completion of the Stoneleigh on Major’s original construction, the second phase will add 112 new units, including three-bedroom floor plans that were not part of the original build. Scheduled for completion in May 2013, the Stoneleigh on Major Phase II will also include carports, storage units, a second swimming pool and semi-private yards.

Partnered with Seneca Investments, KWA served as the contractor for the original build of the Stoneleigh on Major, which involved construction of 176 garden-style, one- and two-bedroom apartment units.

“The first phase of Stoneleigh on Major was a great success for all parties involved,” said KWA President Keller Webster.

“We are excited to continue as part of the team for this Phase II expansion that will offer more living options for area residents.”

Located in the West End, in Beaumont, Texas, the Stoneleigh on Major is an upscale, gated community with modern amenities of style and convenience. The Stoneleigh on Major apartment units feature spacious floor plans that include nine-foot ceilings, eat-in kitchens, custom wood cabinetry, wood finished flooring and full-size washers and dryers. Some units also include a built-in computer desk, walk-in showers and walk-in closets.

Stoneleigh on Major Phase II will add three-bedroom units to the complex, accommodating more area residents.
